I’ve Got Work To Do…

Some of you all have had more abortions than the law allows. He continually impregnates you, and you get abortions as if it doesn’t bother you.
No, you may not have aborted a baby, but you’ve allowed Satan to abort your vision time and time again.

God has impregnated you with purpose and a vision…and when the enemy sees you’re close to completing this vision, he sends all types of distractions- criticisms, opportunities that appear to be better, fear, doubt, etc.- to get you on that abortion table.

You’ve got to be like Nehemiah.
Nehemiah was in the process of carrying out his vision, rebuilding the wall. In Nehemiah 6:1, Nehemiah says, “I  had finished rebuilding the wall and no gaps remained – THOUGH we had not yet hung the doors in the gates.”
So, he just about finished.
His “enemies” knew he was ALMOST finished so their goal was to distract him by requesting his presence, which means he would have had to stop working.
In Nehemiah 6:3, he replies, “I am engaged in a great work, so I can’t come. Why should I stop working to come and meet with you?”

After that didn’t work, “they” started rumors about him in an attempt to discourage him.

See, you can’t stop working on your vision
to address lies and what Sally said, Tom said and what Mike ‘nem said.

When you know whose you are, rumors and lies don’t move you.
He replied in Nehemiah 8, “There is no truth in any part of your story. You are making up the whole thing.”

See, the truth doesn’t need any help. It always prevails. You just keep working!

In verse 9 it says, “They were just trying to intimidate us, imagining that they could discourage us and stop the work. So I continued the work with even greater determination.”

See, the enemy is persistent, but you’ve got to be more persistent. If he can’t get you in one way, he’s going to try it another way. After the rumors didn’t work, he tried to frighten Nehemiah by telling him they were coming to kill him and that he should stop working and come into the Temple.

Nehemiah 6:11, But I replied, “Should someone in my position run from danger? Should someone in my position enter the Temple to save his life? No, I won’t do it!”

When God is for you, it doesn’t matter who is against you.

Nehemiah kept working on his vision and in verse 15, it says, “So on October 2 the wall was finished.”

Had Nehemiah allowed the tricks, schemes, and plots of the enemy to distract him, his vision would’ve been aborted!  Keep working…..even when all odds are against you! When God has called you to do something, you have everything you need to finish.

Don’t allow Satan to attack you your victory! Birth your baby!!!!!
